Tawam Hospital In
Affiliation with Johns Hopkins
Medicine received two of the
eight honors at the Arab Health
Achievement and Innovation Awards,
announced as part of the Arab Health
2008 Exhibition.
One of these awards
was assigned to ‘Contractors
Partnership Program’ under Quality
Healthcare Improvement Initiative.
This program was introduced at the
Forum held at Mercure Grand Hotel,
Jebel Hafeet, Al Ain on November
2007 to identify strategic suppliers
and contractors.
The
awards are recognition for
outstanding achievements of
individuals and organizations that
have contributed to the growth of
the healthcare industry in the GCC
area.

Success for Tawam at Arab Health

2008: Tawam Hospital, the region's
leading medical institution in
affiliation with Johns Hopkins
Medicine International, lived up to
its reputation demonstrating its
commitment and dedication to
providing world class treatments to
the UAE at this year's Arab Health.
Among Tawam's leading roles at the
exhibition held at the Dubai
International Exhibition Centre, the
hospital was an active participant
of the Vascular Interventional
Therapy Workshop. It also unveiled
the first ever mobile mammography
screening unit in the UAE and the
hospital brought home two Arab
Health 2008 Highly Commended Awards
presented at the lavish gala dinner
ceremony held at the Dubai's
Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
