We understand that
sometimes patients have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In
such cases, patients must call the clinic at least 24 hours before
the appointment to cancel or reschedule. Appointment slots may be
limited and it is very important that patients try to keep their
appointment.
If a patient
misses two appointments at Tawam Dental Services and does not call
with at least 24 hours advance notice, per our policy, all the
subsequent appointments will be automatically cancelled and they
will be placed on the waiting list for regular dental treatments. |
