Appointments

Tawam Dental Services operates by appointment only. No walk-in patients are accepted for regular dental care. Emergency care will be provided only as a palliative measure for pain and infection management until the patient is seen in the regular clinic.

Appointments are requested by the clinicians following a comprehensive examination and treatment planning session. Appointment request slips will be given to patients and they are requested to proceed to the reception desk to schedule the appointment(s)

 ► Cancelled or Missed Appointments

We understand that sometimes patients have to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In such cases, patients must call the clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule. Appointment slots may be limited and it is very important that patients try to keep their appointment.

If a patient misses two appointments at Tawam Dental Services and does not call with at least 24 hours advance notice, per our policy, all the subsequent appointments will be automatically cancelled and they will be placed on the waiting list for regular dental treatments.
